Save the date for your dog’s new favourite event: Dogtember 2026 at Saltdean Lido!
This is an amazing experience where dogs (and their humans) get to enjoy some seriously happy swim time.
Dogtember is one of the biggest dog swimming events in the UK. Now in its eighth year, it’s an annual, month-long fundraising event held in September at the Saltdean Lido – just a few minutes from Brighton.
Last year, 16,000 dogs and owners enjoyed epic dog-swimming sessions in the heated outdoor pool over the course of four weekends.
It’s also a registered charity, raising money to support the beautiful Grade II* listed modernist landmark’s restoration.

It takes place across four weekends, with five sessions each day:
Think wagging tails, big splashes and the perfect dog-friendly staycation.
Tickets go on sale 1 May at the Saltdean Lido website.
