How do I let my friends know about Petgevity?
Register with Mention Me above or through My Petgevity. You can then share your special offer by sending your unique referral link via:
– SMS
– Social media (Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp)
The referral link is available in your Mention Me dashboard.
Your friend can also use your name to get the offer. When they’re getting a quote, they just need to click the ‘Been referred by a friend?’ link and pop your full name in the box.
When will I get my gift voucher?
It can take up to 6 weeks for you to get your gift card after your friend has bought their first policy. This is because we need to make sure they meet our eligibility criteria.
The rewards will then be emailed to you both.
I’ve been referred by my friend, how do I redeem my offer?
When getting a quote online, you’ll find a link which says ‘Been referred by a friend?’. Pop in your friend’s full name and you’ll be sent your gift card.
You can also look out for a referral link sent by your friend to your email address or social media.
Why isn’t it working when I put in my friend’s name?
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble using your friend’s name. This might be because:
- Your friend hasn’t registered for the refer a friend scheme
- You’re using a nickname instead of the name your friend registered with
- There’s more than one person with that name signed up to the scheme
But don’t worry, you can follow the instructions to put in their email address instead. Ask your friend if you’re not sure what this is.
What do I do if I’ve referred a friend but haven’t had my gift voucher?
If you’ve not been sent your gift card, please check the refer a friend scheme T&Cs to make sure you’re eligible.
