Is your dog a faithful? πŸ”ͺ

Would your dog survive a round table? Take our quiz to find out if your dog is a loyal faithful.

Round tables. Whispered alliances. A raised eyebrow across a candlelit dinner. If you’re spending this autumn gripped by the TV, you’ll know it all comes down to one question: can you actually trust the people around you?

Turns out, the same question applies at home. Every dog has a little faithful and a little traitor in them… the trick is working out which one’s currently winning. So we’ve put together this highly unscientific quiz to settle it once and for all.

The rules πŸ•―οΈ

For each pair below, pick whichever sounds most like your dog. Keep score of your A’s and B’s, and we’ll reveal their true colours at the end.

Round one: first impressions

A) Greets every single visitor like they’re the love of their life, tail going like a helicopter blade.

B) Sizes up new arrivals from a safe distance before deciding whether they’re worth the effort.

Round two: the sofa situation

A) Happily shuffles over to make room the second you sit down.

B) Was there first, and has absolutely no intention of moving – diplomatically or otherwise.

Round three: mealtime motives

A) Waits patiently by their bowl, the picture of loyal restraint.

B) Has – at some point – engineered an elaborate distraction purely to get near your dinner.

Round four: the evidence trail

A) Owns up (badly) the moment they’ve done something wrong – you can read it all over their face.

B) Has mastered the art of looking deeply, suspiciously innocent right as you notice the chewed slipper.

Round five: the alliance test

A) Best friends with every dog at the park, no exceptions, no politics.

B) Runs a tight inner circle of two, maybe three dogs, and is fiercely selective about who joins it.

The results πŸ“œ

Mostly A’s: Your dog is a stone-cold faithful.

Loyal to the bone, incapable of subterfuge, and probably the first to get sold out in any group game purely for being too trustworthy to suspect anyone. Your dog wears their heart on their paw, and the world’s brighter for it.

Mostly B’s: Your dog is playing a longer game.

A born strategist, quietly gathering intel from the sofa, and totally capable of well-timed misdirection if it means an extra treat. We wouldn’t trust them at a round table – but we’d definitely want them on our team.

A close split: Your dog is a double agent.

Faithful when it suits them, traitor when the stakes are high enough – like when bacon’s involved. Impossible to read, utterly beloved. The most dangerous kind of player there is.

Loyalty you can count on 🐾

Whatever your dog’s true nature, one thing’s for certain: they deserve a team that’s got their back, no plotting required. That’s where we come in – check out Petgevity dog insurance for cover that’s on your side, every round.
