Systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website are not permitted without our express written consent.

Website operation

The website is operated by TICORP Limited, registered in Gibraltar (incorporation number 111526) as an independent insurance intermediary. Your data, at the point of obtaining a quote, will be passed to Howserv Limited, and will become the property of Howserv Limited at the point your quote is complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TICORP Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in this website and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract to (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this website, or from any interruption or delay in accessing this website.

Agreement

By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

This website is for the purpose of communicating prices and availability; it should therefore not be regarded as an offer.

All contracts concluded between Howserv Limited or TICORP Limited and you, the customer, are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Acceptance of an insurance policy is subject to medical screening and terms as described in policy documents. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This site is only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law.

Access to this website is free; however, you access and use it entirely at your own risk. Except as stated in these Terms of Use, we make no representations or warranties in respect of the website, its contents or performance. All conditions and warranties that might otherwise be implied by statute or at common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not promise that this site will always be available or that its operation will be error free; nor do we accept responsibility for any adverse effects of accessing it, or downloading material from it. The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input; however, we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may fluctuate. Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price or advise you of any amendments before you make a purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw prices without notice.

Variation of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this website. The revisions will be effective immediately.

Please re-read these Terms of Use from time to time even if you have previously used this Site. By using this website after we have changed the Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

If, for any reason, you do not agree to abide by our Terms of Use, please do not use this website.

My Petgevity

In order to sign up for a My Petgevity account you must be a minimum of 18 years old. You will need an email address which will form your username and you will be asked to create a password in order to log in securely to your account.

Policies will only be accessible to the policyholder and only the policyholder will be able to make amendments to their policies.

Amendments that may be available to complete include:

Start date changes
Change of Pet details
Adding additional cover options
Change of telephone number
Change of address
Change of email address
Upgrading cover limits

Most amendments can be done by speaking to a team member via the chat option.

Any changes made to a policy by you will be immediate and will be visible on selection of the ‘view my policy’ section. Confirmation will be emailed to the email address listed on the policy.

Any requests to amend your policy must be verified by Petgevity with any additional premiums paid and new documents issued (if required) before they form part of the cover.

General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Entrants must be (a) a UK resident and (b) over 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Customers must refer to the promotional material for minimum spend, if applicable.
Customers must refer to the promotional material for qualifying dates, if applicable.
Only one entry is permitted per household per prize draw.
Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the rules.
Prizes are those stated on relevant promotional material.
All prizes are subject to availability. Petgevity reserves the right to change the prize at any time.
No cash alternative will be given and prizes are not transferable to other people.
Prize draws are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of any subsidiary of Staysure Holdings Limited.
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges or selected at random from a database with supervision by an adjudicator. The independent judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into once the decision is made.
The winner will be informed by email or by telephone, via the contact details provided, unless otherwise stated on the promotional material. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If a Social Network prize draw, winner will be informed via direct message on relevant channel.
If a winner fails to respond to a communication from Petgevity, fails to provide an address for delivery, or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements for the prize, this will result in the prize won being forfeited.
If a prize is forfeited, Petgevity reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, unless otherwise stated.
The winner(s) agree to the publishing of their name and/or photograph for the purpose of publicity. The winner(s) agree to give permission to Petgevity to use entries in marketing materials.
Petgevity reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Petgevity may also create rules which apply to a specific prize draw only. If we do this, we will publish the amended prize draw rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.
Our prize draws are administered by Howserv Limited which is registered in England and Wales Companies House 03882026 and the registered office is Britannia House, 3-5 Rushmills, Northampton, NN4 7YB. Howserv Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 599282.

Referrer Rewards

The referrer is offered a £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card or a £25 Love2Shop card (please note the reward chosen will be at the firm’s discretion) for each friend who buys a policy for the first time online.
This offer can be shared for 12 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
In order for the referral to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to Petgevity and over the age of 18, and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
The referrer must be an existing Petgevity customer or once held a Petgevity policy.
In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
Rewards are cumulative. So if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Petgevity, multiple rewards will be delivered to the Referrer (subject to a limit).
We will send you up to 10 rewards for a maximum of 75 successful referrals within any 24 hour period. You’ll be able to earn up to 75 rewards in any rolling 12 month period or up to 1000 GBP of reward value within the last 12 months.
The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has bought their policy, passed their 14 day cooling off period, and meets our eligibility criteria. We’ll then be delighted to email your thank you reward after 60 days.
Rewards will be valid for 1 month from the date earned by the referrer.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer when buying a policy.
Petgevity reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.

Referred Friend Rewards

The reward is valid for 1 month from the point of issue to the referred friend.

3 monthly policy payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will verified and be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you within a further 3 months.
