Prize draw T&Cs  

1. Entrants must be (a) a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man and, (b) over 18 years of age at the time of entry. 
2. To enter the prize draw, you share a picture of your dog or cat using #petgevity or tagging Petgevity on social media @Petgevityuk/ between 00:01 on 7 April and ends at 00:00 on the 30 April. 
3. Customers whose pet receives the most “likes” will win the £100 amazon voucher with 10 runners up winning £10 each. 
4. By entering the competition, the entrants agree that their pet’s image can be used for future campaigns, and the image was taken by them and of their own pet. 
5. Entries received which are not submitted via the official entry method will not be accepted. Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access if they enter the Promotion online by any device. 
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. 
7. By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
8. The prize is £100 Amazon voucher to be paid to the customer via email. The winner will need to share their email address with Petgevity to process this prize, via direct message. 
9. Petgevity reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Petgevity reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice. 
10. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion: employees and agents of the Promoter, Petgevity or other Staysure Group companies; employees and agents of any organisation directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion (including third party promotional partners) and their respective associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies; the immediate families and household members of all such employees. 
11. The competition is open to entries from 00:01 on 7 April and ends at 00:00 on 30 April.
12. The main winners and ten runners up will be contacted on 6 May 2025. They will be contacted within the next 5 working days by direct message on social media and will be asked to confirm they’d like to accept the prize. If a winner fails to respond within five working days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. 
13. The prize details will be supplied via the contact details supplied within five (5) working days of notification and the winners will be required to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the details. 
14. If a winner fails to respond to a communication from Petgevity within 5 working days, fails to provide contact details for delivery of the prize, or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements for the prize, this may result in the prize won being forfeited 
15. If a prize is forfeited, Petgevity reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, unless otherwise stated. 
16. Petgevity reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Petgevity may also create rules which apply to a specific prize draw only. If we do this, we will publish the amended prize draw rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage. 
17. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions. 
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions. 
19. The images of the winners will be made available on Petgevity social media on 6 May.
20. The promoters and administrator of these offers is Petgevity which is administered by Howserv Limited and registered in England and Wales 03882026.
